• Austin Madden Director, Business Development
  Austin has twenty five years experience leading multi-skilled teams and managing large and complex business groups within the European Telecommunications environment. Since 1996 he has been intimately involved in the development of the Irish Mobile Marketplace including the initial builds of Digifone (now O2) and 3 Ireland. Over the past ten years he has consulted at executive level with a number of leading multi-national providers of communications services and equipment including BT Ireland, RTE Networks Ltd, Nokia Siemens Networks and Nortel Networks. He has also worked with a number of Irish start up companies including Aran Technologies, Accendo, C-Infinity, and The Obelisk Group.  Austin currently sits on the Board of four Irish Technology companies.

• Gus Collins Director, Operations
  Gus Collins has over 20 years working at executive levels in the Telecommunications arena in Ireland and internationally in both the Operator and Technology spheres. Working with companies such as Aldiscon and Aran Technologies, he has developed a deep understanding of revenue generating services for operators. As director of Network Creation and Deployment in O2 Ireland, he spent many years building the network while also implementing a number of major initiatives including a complete network swapout. Gus understands the intricacies of building and managing a wireless network and has a very clear view of the business challenges facing operators as the wireless industries changes. Gus has a number of patents registered in his name and sits on the Board of two Irish Technology companies.
